Adam D. Kemper
Partner, Greenspoon Marder
Adam D. Kemper focuses his practice in the area of labor and employment law. He is also a part of the Firm’s Cannabis and Blockchain groups. Mr. Kemper counsels companies of all sizes on a variety of workplace and human resources issues including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, employee discipline and discharge, workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, whistleblower, unemployment, medical marijuana compliance, restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, separation agreements, workplace policies and employee handbooks. Mr. Kemper also has extensive experience litigating employment-related disputes on behalf of both employees and employers. Mr. Kemper has litigated numerous cases from inception to trial. During law school, Mr. Kemper worked as an intern investigator of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Ron Lebow
Partner, Greenspoon Marder
Ron Lebow is Partner in the Health Law practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Mr. Lebow focuses his practice on business, contract, corporate and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements and structuring operations and business arrangements for multi-specialty groups, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, hospitals, clinical laboratories and other medical providers. Additionally, he routinely works with physicians, podiatrists, chiropractors, dentists and a wide range of other health care professionals.

Associate, Greenspoon Marder
Sherine Marder is a member of Greenspoon Marder’s Health Care practice group. She represents and counsels health care providers, including hospital systems, physicians and physician practices, and allied health professionals, in regulatory and corporate compliance matters; Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and fraud and abuse issues; privacy of health care information (HIPAA); state and federal administrative proceedings; licensure; and a myriad of related health care issues.
